Happy Birthday to Me!

Today is my birthday. Our friends Manon and Kenny (above) came down Friday and spent the night with us so Kenny and I could run the Wine Cellar 10K. This year was the 34th annual. We placed 2nd (Kenny) and 3rd (me) in our age group and another long-time friend (Kevin Slack) placed 1st. I ran in the 45-49 age group for the first time today. This is the third time I've run the Wine Cellar on my birthday. They also took me to lunch at Panera Bread. It was good!

A Rusty Thing in Black and White

Bike Sunday

Maranatha Fellowship Church in St. Albans held it's annual Bike Sunday on the 14th. The church has been having this event for several years now. Bikers from all over come to show off their rides. This year they had one of the original "Easy Rider" bikes in the lobby. Bikers are always welcome at Maranatha. They even have a special parking spot for them right beside the front doors.
